Q: What should I wear on the tour?

A: We recommend comfortable casual clothing and athletic shoes as there will be some walking at the animal sanctuary. Sunscreen and bug spray are also encouraged.

Q: May I bring any food or beverage with me?

A: You are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages as well as some snacks. There is a gift shop at the airboat location you can also purchase drinks and snacks from too.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Guests may cancel at any time by calling us at (239) 262-7300 or replying to your email confirmation.  Cancellations received within 24 hours of your scheduled tour departure time are non-refundable.

If you have purchased vouchers for this tour through a booking agency (Expedia, Groupon, etc.) you will need to contact them for their refund policy.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at 1010 6th Avenue South, Naples 34102 at our Experience Naples location.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement and is it safe for children?

A: There is not an age requirement for either the half day or full day tour. We have young children on our tours regularly! Due to the noise of the airboat, we do not recommend any children younger than three year’s old.

Q: When will my card be charged?

A: Your credit card will be charged the day before your tour and will be provided a receipt via email for your records.

Q: Are we able to do a private tour?

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes! If you purchase your tickets online directly from us you are guaranteed to receive the lowest advertised price.

Q: Will the tour go out rain or shine?

A: Yes! The Everglades Excursions will leave rain or shine except for extreme weather and/or lightening in Everglades City.
